Chocolates from Madagascar

The MENAKAO chocolate factory develops recipes specially adapted for its various ranges, it only selects premium cocoa beans, and also pays particular attention to selecting the best ingredients for its products from suppliers with whom it privileges relationships of trust.

Our chocolate factory produces mainly chocolate bars but also couverture chocolate for chocolates and pastry professionals, and this, under various brands including white brands for Europe, Asia and North America.

We produce chocolates from Madagascar (Grand Cru beans), of pure origin. The factory currently employs 40 people. The chocolate factory produces chocolate with or without inclusion in black, milk and white.

These products are marketed in different forms:

  • Chocolate bars
  • Disks of chocolate (pistoles, drops,

drops or chips)

  • Neapolitans
  • Baker’s sticks

We also market cocoa in many forms:

  • Unroasted cocoa beans
  • Roasted cocoa beans
